Thirty years after the Peaceful Revolution, we look to re-examine the events of 1989/90. What sparked so many different acts of protest? What hopes, dreams and expectations motivated the protestors? To what extent were these realised, both personally and communally? To answer these questions, we speak to contemporary witnesses of the Peaceful Revolution.

With Stephan Bickhardt and other panellists. In collaboration with the Bundesstiftung zur Aufarbeitung der SED-Diktatur (Foundation for the Study of Communist Dictatorship in East Germany).
